2 DMCA Overview

RankPowr has designated a DMCA agent to receive copyright infringement notifications. All requests must be submitted in writing via email to the address listed in Section 3.

3 Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your request must include all of the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works)
• Identification of the infringing material on RankPowr and information sufficient for us to locate it (URL)
• Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Use subject line: "DMCA Takedown Request — [Your Name]"

We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and act upon valid requests within 10 business days.

4 DMCA Takedown Process

Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we follow this process:

5 Counter-Notification Process

If you believe content was removed in error (e.g., due to a false or mistaken DMCA claim), you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which RankPowr may be found)
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

6 Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), RankPowr maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. We will terminate access to RankPowr for any user who is found to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.

We define a "repeat infringer" as anyone who has received more than two valid DMCA notices for infringing activity or who is otherwise found to be habitually violating copyright law. This policy applies to all users, visitors, and operators accessing RankPowr.

7 Fair Use Notice

RankPowr may reference, quote, or link to third-party content for educational, informational, commentary, or criticism purposes, which may constitute fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107.

Factors we consider in determining fair use:

• The purpose and character of the use (educational, non-commercial, transformative)
• The nature of the copyrighted work
• The amount and substantiality of the portion used

If you find RankPowr's content being used without permission on another website, please report it to us at worldletest90@gmail.com. We actively protect our intellectual property and take infringement seriously.

To use RankPowr content legitimately, you must obtain explicit written permission. Permitted uses include:
