Content is written to be accurate, clearly sourced, and honest about limitations. We do not publish content designed primarily to rank for traffic without providing genuine informational value to readers.

All articles on RankPowr are researched and written by Rajesh Kumar Ram, the founder of RankPowr. He is a web developer with a background in computer science who has studied personal finance systems across multiple countries.

Disclosure: Rajesh Kumar Ram is not a licensed attorney, certified financial planner, accountant, or medical professional. Content on RankPowr is written from the perspective of a financially literate layperson who has researched the topic carefully using primary sources, not from the perspective of a licensed practitioner.

We rely on primary and authoritative secondary sources. Our sourcing hierarchy:

Settlement calculators and injury compensation guides are educational reference tools only. Every such page carries a prominent banner disclaimer at the top of the page and within the article stating that the results are not legal advice and that users should consult a licensed attorney.

These pages are set to noindex to prevent them from ranking in search results, as they are intended as supplementary educational tools for users who have already navigated to the site.

Financial content (loans, mortgages, credit)

Financial calculator articles explain the mathematical methodology and general reference rates. They are not personalized financial advice. We prominently state that actual rates, terms, and outcomes depend on the user's specific circumstances, lender, and jurisdiction.

Tax content

Tax calculators provide estimates only. Tax law changes frequently and varies by jurisdiction. All tax-related content recommends consulting a qualified tax professional for actual tax planning.

5. Calculator & Tool Accuracy

Tool calculations are built on standard, documented mathematical formulas:

6. Content Review & Updates

Articles are reviewed and updated when:

• Regulatory changes affect the accuracy of published information (e.g., new IRS brackets, changed CFPB guidelines)
• Reference rates used in examples change significantly
• A reader or reviewer reports a factual error
• A significant change in best practice occurs in the subject area

All articles display their original publication date and the date of the most recent material update. Date updates are made only when the content itself changes — we do not refresh dates on unchanged content.

7. Corrections Policy

We are committed to correcting factual errors promptly and transparently.

• Minor corrections (typos, broken links, formatting): Fixed silently.
• Material corrections (incorrect data, wrong formula, outdated regulation): Fixed and noted with a brief correction notice at the bottom of the article, including the date of correction.
• Significant errors (fundamentally incorrect methodology): Fixed with a prominent notice and, where appropriate, explanation of what was wrong and what replaced it.
